I went to the beach the other day and I didn't bring my swim suit. I didn't pack it because I was set on not swimming because of stupid insecurities. However, once I got there I couldn't sit out on the fun. It was stupid. I was shamed for having a bit of a belly. I looked around to see that other girls, just like me that just have a bit of fat were enjoying themselves. so I took off my top and went in the water in my bra and shorts. I'm glad I did. Hiding is stupid!!!!
You’ve described so many experiences I’ve had to a T! I’ve missed out on so many fun water things because of tummy/boob/thigh/butt insecurities.
